Site Survey
Dimensions, levels, substrate and access verified on site.
Estimation
Material take-off and priced proposal, supply-only or supply-and-apply.
Value Engineering
Alternative stones, formats and fixing methods proposed to meet budget without losing the design intent.
Shop Drawings
Setting-out, cutting lists and fixing details issued for consultant approval.
Mock-ups
Sample panels and dry-lays approved before full fabrication.
Fabrication
Slabs cut, profiled and inspected in-house.
Installation
Our own crews place, level, seal and finish on site.
QA / QC
Hold-point inspections, snag lists and rectification.
Handover
Final walkthrough, sign-off, care guidance and aftercare support.

Every slab checked for colour, veining, thickness and defects before it is cut.
Dry-lay approval
Layouts assembled and photographed for client approval before dispatch.
Installation hold points
Substrate, setting-out, levels and joints inspected before each area is closed.
Snagging & sign-off
Formal snag list, rectification and handover documentation.
Safety, Standards and Compliance
HSE policy
Site-specific risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work for every installation.
ISO standards
Quality, environmental and safety management certifications - to be listed.
Documentation
Submittals, material approvals, test reports and as-built records issued per project.
